
IMAC Executive Board
The IMAC Executive Board was founded in 2023 and comprises of the International Martial Arts Championship (IMAC) President, three Vice-Presidents, nine executive members of The Olympiad of Martial Arts [TOMA] board and nine members of the WWG International Committee. All the members of the Executive Board, except the Founder & Board Chairman, are elected by the Session, by secret ballot, by a majority of votes cast, for a four-year term.
The Executive Board Manages the Affairs of the IMAC
The IMAC EB:

assumes the global responsibility for the governance of the IMAC;

ensures the adherence of the WWG Olympiad Charter;

approves the IMAC's internal organization operations, the organization chart and all internal regulations relating to its organization;

is responsible for the management of the IMAC's finances and prepares an annual report;

presents a report to the Executive Board on any proposed change of the WWG Olympiad Charter, one of its Rules or bye-laws;

submits, on proposal of the Nomination Directive, to the IMAC EB the names of the persons whom it recommends for election to the IMAC;
-
conducts the procedure for acceptance and selection of candidatures for the organization of the Olympiad Warrior Games;

establishes the agenda for the IMAC Sessions;

upon proposal from the President, it appoints the Operational Directors;

enacts, in the form it deems most appropriate, (codes, rulings, norms, guidelines, guides, instructions) all regulations necessary to ensure the proper implementation of the WWG Olympiad Charter and the organization of the Olympiad Warrior Games;

creates and allocates IMAC honorary distinctions;

performs all other duties assigned to it by the EB.
Meetings and Composition

The Executive Board meets when convened by the President on the latter's initiative or at the request of the majority of its members or its Chairman / Founder.
